Greetings all! This sounds really cool; my wife and I are 30 somethings, live on the corner of Joyce and Minnesota, just a stone's throw from Clintonville.
Nice neighborhood except we really don't know our neighbors :)

    Hi, Tim,

    We just moved into a house on Glen Echo Dr, which parallels Summit, and crosses Hudson.

    So we're neighbors. I'm Zane, and share a house with a few other people. Nice to meet you.
